The Future

Having completed the ARK Kart Camp in Canby, Oregon we now have our sights set on expanding the ARK Kart Camp program. While it would be easy to expand our efforts in the Canby area Motorsports Ministries desires to share this unique experience with more ARKs throughout the United States. We will continue the ARK Kart Camp in Canby while expanding the program.

Currently we are seeking an opportunity to have day camps in the Boston and Phoenix areas. Day camps would eliminate the need for overnight housing, reduce costs and give counselors a break from the constant need for their attention. The format will include more track time, team building games and maintainance of the daily meal time devotions. Off-site activities will also be planned.

Many companies added to the success of the first ARK Kart Camp including; Jaguar, Westward Tools, Roy Boys Lawn Equipment, Nike, Weston Pontiac, Cutsforth Thriftway, and Clark's True Value Hardware. But we need additional funds and donations if we are to continue and develope the program.
